Gil and Vicki Ash provide instruction on a personal, one-on-one basis to adults at any level, either by the hour or in group sessions, organized clinics, or corporate events. Personal Instruction Gil and Vicki can be scheduled to conduct one-on-one personal lessons anywhere. In Houston, lessons are held at the American Shooting Center. Lessons are $200 per hour including targets. Lessons are customized to the needs and interests of the student, whatever his/her level. Group Instruction Organizations, corporations, or just a group of friends can schedule private instructions with a minimum of four students per day. Travel expenses apply when outside of Houston. Clinics The unique teaching style and proven performance of Gil and Vicki Ash have earned them respect from both their students and the shooting industry. Companies like Briley, Krieghoff, Laporte and American Shooting Center sponsor their clinics throughout the United States where thousands of students have attended. Clinics can be taken as 1-, 2-, and 3-day events. Each day is different and each clinic is uniquely tailored to address the performance levels and interests of each student. Shooting lessons at corporate events have become increasingly popular, either for serious instruction or as an added attraction for the event. Corporations such as El Paso Energy, Shell, Halliburton, and Transocean have called upon OSP for group instructions and shooting seminars either for entertainment, team building, or performance enhancement. Better shooters often become better executives and better managers, and employees leave an OSP training with a better attitude about learning and performing. Gil and Vicki, who are insured by SASI, may also serve as "safety guides" during company hunting trips, assisting hunters before and during the hunt to make their experience safe and more rewarding.
